When you make a purchase or submit a bespoke inquiry, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). We may also collect reference images you voluntarily upload.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to process orders, fulfill bespoke inquiries, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates), and — with your consent — notify you of new collections and drops.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers required to fulfill your order: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Resend (email delivery). Each is bound by confidentiality agreements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — session management and cart persistence. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
