Products
All SVARNA products are handcrafted and subject to natural material variation. Photographs are representative; slight colour differences may occur between screen and physical product. Limited-edition pieces are sold strictly in the order received.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where shown. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. SVARNA reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion; a full refund will be issued in such cases.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke commissions require a 50% deposit upon approval of the design brief. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Contact us at hello@svarnaheritage.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
All SVARNA designs, photographs, and written content are protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
